Hello, my name is Harrison and I have been a qualified Personal Trainer for 9 years with a further 3 years of experience within the industry.
I have extensive knowledge of general fitness and nutrition through various qualifications and experience in many gyms.
I’m a down to earth PT that understands the daily struggles of life and the barriers it may possess. I create bespoke workouts and nutrition plans to help you achieve your goals as safely and efficiently as possible whilst taking in account your routines and commitments.
I specialise in Functional Fitness / High Intensity Training & Fat Loss. However, I am able to adapt my training methods to suit your needs.
So whether you are a complete beginner, trained athlete or simply working towards an event, I am confident I will be able to provide you with an affordable and effective service.
