Hello, my name is Harrison and welcome to my Wadhams Fitness!

I’m 29 years young with 12 years experience within the fitness industry. I know, I started young! I’m a keen squash player, sports enthusiast, and a huge family man. I have a wonderful loving family; a miniature Schnauzer called Ghost, and a daughter called Alaina.
I’ve been Personal Training for nearly a decade and I can honestly say, I’ve never found something I’m more passionate about. The various factors that have to be taken into account, such as training, nutrition, psychology, rehabilitation, and recovery, allows me to connect with all my clients on so many different levels.
Personal Training is never just black and white fitness. We’re here to make you feel better about yourself, here to give you the energy to perform at work, here to show you how to stretch and reduce injuries, and here to chat on your down days or after a stressful day! We’re your worst enemy but, your best friend too.
